Shanta’s Delectable Artichoke Dip

8 oz. Cream Cheese

12 oz. Shredded Mozzarella

1 cup Mayo

1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

1 Onion finely chopped

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 Jars artichoke hearts, well drained

 

Tear artichoke hearts with fingers, combine all other ingredients and mash together.

Bake in uncovered casserole dish until bubbly at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes

   -Can top with more cheese if desired first
