Gram Borman's Famous Potato Dumplings

 

8 medium potatoes, peeled

1 tsp salt,  3 eggs

 

Boil until done. Drain well, mash potatoes, blend in well beaten eggs (electric beater for best results)

 

Add 1 2/3 cups sifted flour

Blend well.

Roll into a 3/4 inch, roll on slightly floured area. Cut in one inch pieces & drop into 2 qts boiling water which 2 tablespoon salt is added.

 

Boil 20 minutes

Serve with browned butter.

Makes 20 dumplings
