“No stick” cooking spray Spray springform pan 9x3, with cooking spray:
2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs sprinkle with crumbs
4 Eggs In blender combine eggs and cottage cheese;
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese blend 1 min or until smooth.
4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese softened Gradually add softened cream cheese – blend ‘til
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream smooth.
1 ½ cups sugar Transfer mix into bowl. Use fork or whisk to stir
½ cup butter or margarine melted in remaining ingredients ‘til blended.
1/3 cup Argo corn starch Pour into pan – bake 325 F oven 1 hr and 15
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I squeeze fresh lemons) min, or ‘til firm around edge, turn off oven
1 tsp. vanilla let cake stand in oven 1 hr.
Remove and cool on wire rack. – Top as desired
