½ Cup Tahini or Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Sugar
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbl Rice Vinegar
Hot Oil (Sesame, Tabasco, etc…) to taste
Salt/Fresh Pepper to taste
>/= ½ Cup Minced Scallions
